Welcome to TEACH

TEACH's mission is to transform the institution of education through training, protocols of best practice, and resources that change the work of  leadership, instruction and advisement.

The specific purpose of Transforming Education and Changing History (TEACH) is to revolutionize the culture of education and ensure that all students identify and nurture their natural talents. TEACH drives change so that our youth are equipped with skills necessary to contribute in a global society.

Our Journey

Project Sprout took root in founder Nadia Shabazz’s backyard. Her family had a need for fresh produce since the nearest supermarket only carried semi-spoiled bananas and tomatoes. Shabazz started small, planting leafy greens and berries. When it came time to harvest, she gave extras away to neighbors. She began to see drastic improvements in her children’s health and thought that everyone on her block could benefit. She began inviting neighbors who didn’t have gardens to come plant on her land.

“Addressing every students success is not a fairy tale. All you need is a intentional and exhaustive plan.”

— Teresa dossman, co-FOUNDER

It is essential that we come together as an Educational Community and drive change.  We must provide solid academia and nurture talents while developing life skills for a successful transition into a our society. TEACH is dedicated to provide educators, leaders and our advisement teams with powerful tools to implement change and growth.

TEACH believes that we have a duty to make sure each student has an opportunity to be successful in their talents.
