This growing panel of business and post-secondary representatives will discuss what students need to be college and career ready.
Rita Ray is a Workforce Program Manager at LSC-Tomball. She had been in the field of education for more than thirty three years. Rita Ray has been a teacher, administrator and counselor. She is very passionate about helping students complete and find their career pathway.
Gloria Maristany, joined Lone Star College in the Fall of 2014 as adjunct faculty after teaching in Spring and Conroe ISD's as a Bilingual 3rd grade teacher for 6 years. In the Fall of 2015, she was offered a full time Lead Faculty Position teaching the "1st Year Experience Course." She received her M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Special Education from Sam Houston State University in December 2012. she doesn't like to use the word "impossible;" she believes everything is possible and works very hard to have her children and her students believe it.
Mindy Coleman has served as a Math Professor, Math Department Chair and Academic Dean at LSC Tomball. She has a BS and MA in Mathematics, both from Sam Houston State University. Mindy started her post-secondary training in the Lone Star College System.

Christina Garza is a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Public Affairs.
Gerald Kronethal is an Assistant Vice President for Regions Bank.
